Responsibilities

What you can expect from us:

• You will be responsible for the supervision and management of construction sites in the field of technical insulation in northern and eastern Germany.
• One focus is on creating measurements for material orders and invoicing as well as sheet metal measurements for production.
• They regularly consult with clients, project managers and subcontractors and coordinate the construction process.
• You will also instruct fitters, manage their deployment and monitor quality and performance on the construction site.
• You are also responsible for complying with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• You have several years of experience as a site manager, ideally in the field of technical insulation
• Sound knowledge of measurement, invoicing and construction coordination are among your strengths.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and must be fluent in English in order to move confidently in an international project environment
• You have a class B driving license and are willing to work at the Dresden site as part of the major ESMC project
