Quality Construction Manager - Data Centre

Role Overview

Responsible for ensuring quality standards are achieved throughout the delivery of data centre construction projects. The role oversees inspections, compliance, documentation, and quality processes to ensure works are completed in line with project requirements, industry standards, and best practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage project quality plans and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits across CSA, MEP, and critical systems.
• Review and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality documentation.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and issue resolution.
• Work with contractors, designers, and commissioning teams to ensure quality compliance.
• Support commissioning readiness, testing, and project handover activities.
• Provide quality reporting, risk updates, and lessons learned.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years' experience in construction quality management on large-scale projects.
• Experience in data centres, mission-critical, industrial, or complex building environments.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of CSA and MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
