Project Manager

• Role: Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre Design & Build (Frankfurt)
• Location: Frankfurt, Germany
• Job Type: Permanent
• Package: Salary + travel + accommodation + benefits

Want to take the lead on major data centre projects in one of Europe’s fastest-growing hubs?

We’re working with a leading M&E contractor delivering hyperscale data centre projects across Europe – and they’re now looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join their delivery team in Frankfurt.

This is a site-based role leading the full electrical scope on a new-build, high-value data centre. You’ll be supported by a strong engineering and commercial team – but you’ll be the driving force on-site, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of electrical systems on a large-scale data centre project in Frankfurt
• Managing subcontractors and specialist suppliers on site
• Coordinating with mechanical, civils, and client teams to ensure smooth integration
• Overseeing LV/MV distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, containment, generators, and lighting
• Driving progress meetings, installation quality checks, and H&S compliance
• Working closely with planners and commercial teams on programme, variations, and procurement
• Reporting to the Project Director and providing regular updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering electrical packages on data centres or complex M&E projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards, commissioning processes, and QA/QC procedures
• Experience managing subcontractors and leading site-based delivery
• Understanding of German construction practices and regulations is a plus – but not essential
• SMSTS, NEBOSH, or equivalent H&S certifications
• Willingness to work full-time in Frankfurt (rotational travel and accommodation support provided)
