Operativer Einkäufer im Hochbau

For the company from Renewable Energy / Construction sector, we are looking for an Operational Buyer (m/f) to join our team on a permanent basis as soon as possible. We are seeking a candidate with expertise in building construction who would like to become part of our motivated team of industry specialists.

Your Responsibilities

• Tendering, negotiating and procuring materials and services in accordance with the company's purchasing policies.
• Conducting price and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, maintaining and expanding the supplier and subcontractor network, and preparing bid comparison tables for ongoing projects.
• Working closely with project management.
• Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule and quality requirements.
• Analysing procurement risks and developing measures to minimise them.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or engineering, or commercial vocational training supplemented by relevant further qualifications in the construction sector.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of contract law.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using CRM systems and RIB iTWO (2026 release).
• Ability to independently handle complex matters and solve challenging problems.
• Team-oriented, communicative and approachable personality.
• Self-reliant and independent working style, with a high level of commitment and sense of responsibility.
• English language skills are an advantage.
