I'm currently working with a leading construction client in Germany that is looking to engage an experienced Senior Estimator / Kalkulator to support the delivery of major turnkey construction projects.

This opportunity is particularly suited to professionals with experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with strong knowledge of BIM-based estimating, iTWO, and Revit.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess tender and bid documentation
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial calculations
• Produce tender submissions for turnkey construction projects using 3D models
• Develop value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions
• Create project schedules and support bid strategy development
• Work closely with project teams throughout tender and delivery phases
• Support the transition from pre-construction into project execution
• Contribute to the ongoing development of BIM-driven estimating processes using iTWO and Revit

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or qualification as a Construction Technician
• Proven experience within estimating, pre-construction, or project delivery for a General Contractor
• Strong understanding of turnkey building projects
• Experience with estimating software, ideally iTWO (RIB)
• Working knowledge of Revit and BIM methodologies
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Fluent German language skills are highly advantageous
