IHRE AUFGABEN

• Sie koordinieren und steuern vier parallel laufende Baustellen im Raum Koblenz und behalten dabei jederzeit den Gesamtüberblick über alle Bauaktivitäten.
• Sie stimmen sich eng mit dem vor Ort eingesetzten Polier ab und stellen eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen operativer Ausführung und Bauleitung sicher.
• Sie gewährleisten einen störungsfreien Bauablauf unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Termine, Budgets und Qualitätsanforderungen.
• Sie übernehmen das Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Projektleitung, Polier, Nachunternehmern sowie weiteren Projektbeteiligten und sorgen für eine klare und effiziente Kommunikation.
• Sie überwachen die Einhaltung aller relevanten Arbeitssicherheits- und Bahnvorschriften und stellen deren konsequente Umsetzung auf den Baustellen sicher.
• Sie dokumentieren den Baufortschritt fortlaufend und berichten strukturiert an die übergeordnete Projektleitung.
• Sie unterstützen aktiv die Terminplanung sowie die Koordination von Ressourcen und tragen zur optimalen Steuerung der Bauprozesse bei.

IHR PROFIL

• Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen (m/w/d), Infrastrukturmanagement (m/w/d), Verkehrsingenieurwesen (m/w/d) oder Baubetrieb (m/w/d) oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bautechniker (m/w/d), Straßenbauer (m/w/d), Beton- und Stahlbetonbauer (m/w/d) oder Maurer (m/w/d).
• Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung und haben idealerweise Projekte im Bahnbau, Hochbau, Tiefbau, Ingenieurbau oder Infrastrukturbau erfolgreich begleitet.
• Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuerung mehrerer parallel laufender Baustellen mit und setzen diese sicher in der Praxis ein.
• Sie integrieren sich problemlos in bestehende Projektstrukturen und stimmen sich zuverlässig sowie klar mit allen Hierarchieebenen ab.
• Sie behalten auch bei komplexen Projektanforderungen den Überblick und handeln strukturiert sowie verantwortungsbewusst.
