Your Area of Responsibility: Ensuring work preparation and site organisation

Independent technical management of construction sites

Site-specific personnel management

Responsibility for measurement and billing of construction sites

Processing of offers and contracts

Your Profile: You are an proactive individual with the appropriate training and the following profile:

Construction manager or civil engineer, or completed vocational training with willingness to further educate accordingly (entry opportunity, initial experience advantageous, support ensured)

Reliable, flexible, quality-conscious and punctual working style

Enjoyment in the technical management of construction sites

Organisational skills and strong assertiveness

Experienced in dealing with clients and site management

Business and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with good IT user skills (MS Office, Abacus)
